Introduction
Evolv Technologies Holdings ( EVLV ), a Massachusetts-based security technology company, whose products help augment the efficacy of human security processes, appears to have regained constructive interest from the investment community of late, particularly with a new management team in place (amongst other key appointments within the c-suite, the current CEO, John Kedzierski, took over the reins in December last year, while the new CFO, Chris Kutsor, was onboarded in April this year). That was certainly not the case in April 2024 (when we last reviewed the stock), when it was experiencing a great deal of turbulence and underperforming other microcaps (EVLV's market cap then was only around the $600M threshold)....
