The Company’s Board of Directors considered the costs associated withthe preparation and filing of reports, including the costs of outside legal andaccounting resources, amount of management time spent on the documents, and theamount of trading of APTY’s common stock, and determined that the limitedresources of the Company could be better spent on building business operationsespecially in light of the current economic environment. With our filing, theCompany’s obligation to file reports with the SEC, including Forms 10-K, 10-Qand 8-K, will cease.
