(TSX: CCA) will hold their Annual and Special Shareholders' Meetings virtually on Friday, January 14, 2022 starting at 11:30 a.m. (EST) via live video webcast. During this time, both companies' financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2022, ended November 30, 2021 , will also be disclosed.
