Everolimus, a generic equivalent of Afinitor, is approved for treating advanced renal cell carcinoma, HER2-negative breast cancer in post-menopausal women, progressive neuroendocrine tumors of pancreatic, gastrointestinal, or lung origin, and subependymal giant cell astrocytoma associated with tuberous sclerosis complex. Nora Pharma’s Everolimus is available in 2.5 mg, 5 mg, and 10 mg strengths, packaged in 30-tablet blister packs.
