HOUSTON, Oct. 26, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Archrock, Inc. (NYSE:AROC) ("Archrock") today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.155 per share of common stock, or $0.62 per share on an annualized basis. The third quarter 2023 dividend will be paid on November 14, 2023 to all stockholders of record on November 7, 2023.
The third quarter 2023 dividend per share amount is consistent with the Archrock second quarter 2023 dividend level and represents an increase of 7 percent over the third quarter 2022 dividend level.
