Hilton Grand Vacations (NYSE:HGV) has announced an acquisition of Bluegreen Vacations (NYSE:BVH) that is expected to be completed 2024-H1.
Under the terms of the agreement, Hilton Grand Vacations has agreed to give Bluegreen Vacations $1.50 billion in cash in exchange for BVH stock.
