HAUPPAUGE, N.Y., Sept. 28, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Dime Community Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ:DCOM) (the "Company" or "Dime"), the parent company of Dime Community Bank (the "Bank") announced the appointment of Judith H. Germano to the Board of Directors effective as of September 28, 2023. Ms. Germano will fill the position vacated by the retirement of Marcia Z. Hefter.
