MUNSTER, Ind., June 26, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Finward Bancorp (NASDAQ:FNWD) (the "Bancorp" or "Finward"), the holding company for Peoples Bank (the "Bank"), today announced that on June 21, 2024 the Board of Directors of Finward declared a dividend of $0.12 per share on Finward's common stock payable on August 1, 2024 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 19, 2024.
Finward's President and Chief Executive Officer, Benjamin J. Bochnowski remarked, "Finward's Board of Directors has announced a dividend of $0.12 per share for the second quarter of 2024."
Bochnowski continued that, "Peoples Bank remains well-capitalized and continues to build capital, with a significant increase in capital over the past 12 months. The Board of Directors will continue to regularly review the dividend on a quarterly basis."
