NEW YORK, May 28, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- FTAI Aviation Ltd. (NASDAQ:FTAI, "FTAI Aviation" or the "Company")) announced today the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 2,090,561 ordinary shares being offered by FIG LLC and an employee of FIG LLC (the "Selling Shareholders") for gross proceeds of approximately $171,426,002. The underwriter may offer the shares from time to time for sale in one or more transactions on the Nasdaq Global Select Market, in the over-the-counter market, through negotiated transactions or otherwise at market prices prevailing at the time of sale, at prices relating to prevailing market prices or at negotiated prices. The offering is expected to close on May 30, 2024 subject to customary closing conditions. The Company will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares by the Selling Shareholders.
