(NASDAQ:GALT), the leading developer of therapeutics that target galectin proteins, today announced the appointment of Khurram Jamil, M.D. as Vice President, Clinical Development. Dr. Jamil brings to Galectin almost two decades of experience in clinical development across the biotechnology industry.
