Smurfit Kappa Group (OTC:SMFKY) has announced a merger with WestRock (NYSE:WRK) that is expected to be completed in Q2 of 2024.
Under the terms of the agreement, Smurfit Kappa Group has agreed to give WestRock $20.00 billion in cash & stock in exchange for WRK stock.
