The law firm of Parker Daniels Kibort, based in Minnesota, said that both Lindell and MyPillow had stopped making payments and were likely to be unable to do so in the future.
The law firm became aware on October 2, 2023, that the defendants could not pay the significant amount owed in arrears, including the anticipated costs of continuing to defend against the lawsuit.
