VANCOUVER, British Columbia, March 13, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Nevada Exploration Inc. ("NGE" or the "Company") (TSXV:NGE, OTCQB:NVDEF) announces that further to its news release dated February 20, 2024, that due to excess demand the private placement has been increased from C$550,000 to up to C$605,000.
Subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, the Company now intends to complete a non-brokered private placement offering of up to 5,500,000 units (the "Units") at a price of C$0.11 per Unit (the "Offering"), for total gross proceeds of up to C$605,000.
