Nintendo ADR (OTC:NTDOY) has announced the acquisition of Shiver Entertainment, the team responsible for the Nintendo Switch ports of popular games like “Hogwarts Legacy” and “Mortal Kombat 1.”
According to a press release, Nintendo has agreed with Embracer Group Unsponsored ADR (OTC:EBCRY) to buy 100% of Shiver's shares, turning the Miami-based company into a wholly owned subsidiary.
