TORONTO, March 05, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ThreeD Capital Inc. ("ThreeD" or the "Company") (CSE:IDK) (OTCQB:IDKFF), a Canadian-based venture capital firm focused on opportunistic investments in companies in the junior resources and disruptive technologies sectors, is pleased to announce a proposed private placement (the "Private Placement") with Sariel Diagnostics Corp. ("Sariel"), a privately held corporation existing under the laws of the Province of British Columbia. Per the terms of the Private Placement, ThreeD will acquire 3,750,000 common shares of Sariel at a price of $0.02 per share. In consideration, ThreeD will issue an aggregate of 150,000 common shares of the Company at a deemed price of $0.50 per common share. The Private Placement remains subject to the approval of the Canadian Securities Exchange.
