  • Akerna ( NASDAQ: KERN ) said Friday that simultaneous to its merger with Gryphon Digital Mining, the company will sell its cannabis software business to MJ Freeway Acquisition Co.

  • ERP software solutions provider Alleaves will be participating in the financing of the acquisition by MJ Freeway Acquisition Co.

  • MJ Freeway Acquisition Co will be acquiring MJ Freeway, including MJ Platform and Leaf Data System brands, and Ample Organics, the company said.
