ALAC - Alberton Acquisition receives Nasdaq notice on late filing

Alberton Acquisition (ALAC) says that it has received notice from Securities and Exchange Commission on late filing of its form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2021.The notice has no immediate effect on the listing or trading of ALAC's shares on the Nasdaq Capital Market.On accepting the plan to regain compliance within 60 calendar days of receipt of the Notice, or until August 9, 2021, Nasdaq may grant an extension of up to 180 calendar days from the Form 10-Q filing due date, or until November 22, 2021, to regain compliance.
