Honda Motors ( NYSE: HMC ) announced a 56.9% Y/Y increase in July's U.S. sales to 111,762 units.
Car sales increased by 96.4% Y/Y and truck sales by 41.4% Y/Y for the month.
Honda division sales for the month of July soared 53% Y/Y to 99,700 units: Cars +97.7% Y/Y and Trucks +36.3% Y/Y.
Acura sales for the month were up 98.6% Y/Y to 12,062 units: Cars +86.2% and Trucks +106.4%.
Sales of electrified vehicles surged 315.2% Y/Y to 27,753 units for the month.
The dividend safety score of the company is F. According to Seeking Alpha's Quant Rating System, 64.4% of stocks with F rating have decreased their dividend in the last 11 years.
