AZRE - Azure Power receives NYSE grant of extension FOR delayed filing of annual report

• Azure Power Global ( NYSE: AZRE ) said it had received a letter the New York Stock Exchange stating that it had agreed to provide the Company with an additional trading period through July 15, subject to reassessment on an ongoing basis, to complete and file the Company's annual report on Form 20-F.
• The NYSE notified the company that it would closely monitor the Company's progress with the milestones and timing submitted to the NYSE. Failure to achieve these interim milestones could result in accelerated trading suspension prior to the end of the July 15.
