Chindata Group Holdings ( NASDAQ: CD ) has received a preliminary non-binding proposal letter from BCPE Bridge Cayman, L.P. and BCPE Stack Holdings, L.P. to acquire all of the outstanding ordinary shares, including ADS, not already owned by the Bain Shareholders, for US$4.0 in cash per Class A or Class B ordinary share, or US$8.0 in cash per ADS.
The proposed price represents a premium of 27.4% over Chindata's closing price on June 6, 2023.
