BITA - Bitauto goes private after closing merger with Yiche

Bitauto (BITA) has completed its merger with Yiche Holding, going private in the process. It's closed its combination with Yiche Mergersub, a wholly owned subsidiary of Yiche Holding Ltd. And so Bitauto will become a wholly owned subsidiary and cease to be publicly traded. Each ordinary share has been canceled for the right to receive $16 in cash, and each ADS received the right to receive $16, with certain exceptions, including shares held by Yiche, Tencent, and Citibank.
