BXC - BlueLinx CFO Janzen to leave company at August end

BlueLinx ( NYSE: BXC ) said Tuesday that SVP and chief financial officer Kelly Janzen will be leaving the company at the end of August.

Andrew Wamser will join the company as SVP and CFO-elect, effective July 17, 2023.

Wamser will assume the role of SVP and CFO on August 4, 2023, and Janzen will serve in an advisory role through August 31, 2023.

Wamser, with more than 20 years of experience, most recently served as EVP and CFO of Mativ Holdings, a global specialty materials company.

Earlier in his career, Wamser was an investment banker at UBS and held several senior roles at Barclays Capital PLC.
