Boqii (NYSE:BQ) plans to change the ratio of its ADS to Class A ordinary shares from one ADS representing three fourths Class A ordinary shares to one ADS representing six Class A ordinary shares. The ADS ratio change is expected to become effective on or about May 31, 2022.
