Brooklyn ImmunoTherapeutics (NASDAQ:BTX) has filed with the SEC a registration statement on Form S-1 relating to the proposed public offering of up to 6,281,454 shares of common stock by certain selling stockholders in connection with its acquisition of Novellus in July 2021. Shares down 2.2% premarket at $6.58. The company will not receive any proceeds from shares sold by the selling stockholders.
