CGIX - Cancer Genetics stock up on shareholder approval for Stemonix deal

Cancer Genetics shares jump ([[CGIX]] +12.0%) after announcing shareholder approval of all proposals in connection with the proposed merger with stemonix.The definitive agreements to acquire acquire all of the outstanding capital stock of StemoniX in exchange for common shares, which will represent ~78% of the outstanding common stock of CGIX, was announced in August last year.StemoniX will retain its name and become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cancer Genetics.
