NSCO - Capitol Investment Corp. V prices $300M IPO
Capitol Investment (CAPU) has priced its initial public offering of 30M units at $10/unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of $300M.Each unit consists of one share of Class A common stock and one third of one warrant to purchase one share of Class A common stock at $11.50.Underwriters' have been granted a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 4.5M units. Units kicked off trading today on New York Stock Exchange. Offering is expected to close on December 4.Capitol Investment V is Ein and Dryden's fifth blank check company. The pair's most recent SPAC, Capitol Investment IV, went public in 2017 and acquired Nesco Holdings (NSCO) in 2019.
