China Eastern Airlines Corporation Ltd.
China Eastern Airlines ( NYSE: CEA ) has notified the NYSE of its proposed application for voluntary delisting of its ADSs from the exchange and the subsequent deregistration of the ADSs and the underlying H Shares.
The firm plans to file a Form 25 with the SEC on or around January 23, 2023 to delist its ADSs from the NYSE. The last trading day of the ADSsis expected to be on or about February 2, 2023.
