CD - Chindata Group and Tencent collaborates for digital infrastructure industry

Chindata Group (CD) +2.7% premarket, has signed a strategic agreement with Tencent (TCEHY) for expanding the cloud computing infrastructure industry towards China’s carbon neutral target. The companies will work together to provide better information technology infrastructure for the digital evolution of businesses and will jointly develop Datong Smart City, Datong Industrial Internet, Smart Cultural Tourism, Smart Medical and other projects, helping customers achieve industrial upgrading in all aspects at the regional level. Chindata Group and Tencent also plan to co-operate in the integration of power supply, power grid, power load, and power storage.
