Chindata ( NASDAQ: CD ) priced its $300M in principal amount of senior notes due 2026, bearing interest at a coupon rate of 10.500% annually and will be issued at a price of 99.061% of the principal amount.
With the support of high quality investors in APAC and EMEA for the offering, final order books have peaked over $980M.
Net proceeds to be used for investment in data centers in the PRC and overseas, supplementing working capital and R&D investment.
