  • Cloopen Group Holding ( NYSE: RAAS ) has received a notice from the NYSE regarding the commencement of delisting proceedings of the Co.'s ADSs on the basis that the ADSs are not suitable for listing.
  • This was due to the Co.'s failure to file with the SEC its annual reports on Form 20-F for the years ended Dec. 31, 2021 and Dec. 31, 2022 by May 17, 2023.
  • The Co. has until June 1, 2023 to submit a written request to appeal the NYSE Regulation staff's delisting decision.
  • The Co. intends to appeal and will continue to dedicate significant efforts and resources towards filing the Delayed Filings as soon as possible, and resume trading of the Co.'s ADSs on the NYSE.
