INAQ - Cohen's INSU acquisition III prices upsized $218M IPO

A third blank-check company sponsored by Cohen & Company (COHN) INSU Acquisition (IIIIU) has raised $218M by offering upsized 21.8M units (20M) at $10/unit.Trading commences today on Nasdaq.Each unit consists of one share of Class A common stock and one-third of one warrant exercisable at $11.50/share.Offering is anticipated to close on December 22. Underwriters' over-allotment is an additional 3.27M units.SPAC intends to target businesses providing insurance or insurance related services, with particular emphasis on insurance distribution businesses, regulated insurance or reinsurance businesses, and insurance related technology businesses.Previous SPAC INSU Acquisition II (INAQ), which raised $200M in September is pending a combination with Metromile, and Insurance Acquisition, which recently completed its merger with Shift Technologies.
