CTGO - Contango announces public offering of common shares shares sink

Contango ORE ( NYSE: CTGO ) said on Friday that it had initiated an underwritten public offering of its common shares.
CTGO shares plummeted ~15% in extended trading.
The company added all shares in the offering are to be sold by CTGO.
"Contango intends to grant the underwriters in the Offering, a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the shares of common stock offered in the Offering," the company said in a statement .
