TYDE - Cryptyde announces name change ticker change and reverse stock split

- Cryptyde ( NASDAQ: TYDE ) announced that it plans to change its name to "Eightco" and to effect a reverse stock split of its common stock at a ratio of 1 post-split share for every 50 pre-split shares.
- The name change and the reverse stock split will become effective today, after market close.
- The stock will continue to be traded on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the new symbol "OCTO" and will commence trading on a split-adjusted basis when the market opens on Apr. 4, 2023.
- Post the reverse stock split, number of shares will reduce from ~89.9M shares to ~1.8M shares.
