CyrusOne's (NASDAQ:CONE) stockholders approved the sale of the company to KKR (NYSE:KKR) and Global Infrastructure Partners for $15B. At a virtual special meeting held on Feb. 1, the proposal to approve the merger was approved by 78.41% of the common stock outstanding and entitled to vote. The merger is expected to close in Q2.
