DTSS - Datasea stock gains 6% premarket on $4.4M procurement deal for 5G messaging services
- Datasea ( NASDAQ: DTSS ) stock rose 6.1% premarket on Tuesday after the firm said Shuhai Jingwei (Shenzhen) Information Technology, a unit of the Chinese operating firm contractually controlled by DTSS, entered into a procurement deal with Shenzhen Huanchen Technology for 5G messaging services.
- Total purchase amount of the order will be RMB 30M (~$4.4M).
- Shuhai Jingwei will provide 5G messaging recharge payment services of China Mobile, China Unicom, and China Telecom; and a technical interface as a transmission channel for fee settlement.
- The procurement deal is for 12 months, during which the service fee will be prepaid by Huanchen.
