• Edible Garden ( EDBL ) prices upsized underwritten public offering of 1.62M units, with each unit consisting of one share and one warrant to purchase one share.
• Each unit is being sold at a public offering price of $6.30 per unit.
• The warrants in the units will be immediately exercisable at a price of $6.30 per share and will expire five years from the date of issuance.
• Gross proceeds are expected to be ~$10.2M.
• The offering is expected to close on or about February 7, 2023.
