EHC - Encompass Health reiterates FY 2023 guidance plans to build new hospital in Pennsylvania

• Hospital operator Encompass Health ( NYSE: EHC ) on Friday reiterated its FY 2023 guidance for revenue and adj. earnings per share.
• The company in a regulatory filing also reiterated its FY 2023 guidance for adj. EBITDA.
• EHC in late April had reported Q1 results that beat estimates and had guided full year sales of $4.70B to $4.77B (vs. consensus of $4.74B) and adj. EPS of $2.94 to $3.23 (vs. consensus of $3.19).
• EHC stock was slightly lower by 0.4% to $61.53 after hours.
• In a separate statement , the company on Friday said it planned to build a 50-bed hospital in Concordville, Pennsylvania.
• This would be EHC's tenth hospital in Pennsylvania.
