• First Eagle Global Value Team uses a bottom-up, fundamental investment approach and seeks long-term growth of capital by investing in a range of asset classes from markets in the US and around the world.
• Global Fund A Shares posted a return of 5.95% in second quarter 2021.
• Financials was the top contributor among economic sectors, followed by information technology, consumer staples and materials. Industrials was the only sector with negative performance, though utilities and real estate were relative laggards.
• Leading contributors in the fund this quarterincluded gold bullion, Oracle Corporation, Compagnie Financière Richemont SA, Exxon Mobil Corporation and Facebook,Inc. Class A.
