BFT - Foley Trasimene Acquisition II stockholders clear $9B Paysafe deal

Foley Trasimene Acquisition Corp. II (BFT) shareholders vote approve the SPAC's proposed acquisition of Paysafe Group Holdings in a special stockholders meeting, clearing the way for the combination to occur on March 30.The newly combined company will operate as Paysafe and trading of its stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "PSFE" is expected to start on March 31.Earlier today, BFT shares gained 1.5% after Paysafe announced a partnership with Coinbase (COIN).
