CFII - GIC adds $200M more in PIPE to Cantor Fitzgerald SPAC deal

CF Finance Acquisition Corp. II ([[CFII]] +9.8%), a special purpose acquisition company sponsored by Cantor Fitzgerald, said Singapore's sovereign wealth fund, GIC, agrees to invest an additional $200M in the previously announced private investment in public equity issuance.That increases the fully committed PIPE investment to $500M from $300M.On Nov. 30, 2020, CF II and View Inc., a Silicon Valley-based smart window company, entered into a definitive merger agreement.The transaction is now expected to deliver up to $1B of gross proceeds, up from the $800M in proceeds expected when the agreement was reached.
