KBW analyst Michael Brown earlier upgraded two trading companies & distributors - Textainer ([[TGH]] +13.5%) PT, $18 and CAI International ([[CAI]] +10.2%) to Outperform, with $18 and $33 price target, respectively."Industry fundamentals for the container leasing industry drastically improved during Q3 and the underlying strength can support a constructive operating environment for the group through at least early 2021."As per Textainer's latest investor presentation, container demand is inherently tied to trade. Growth of the container fleet is normally expected to be in line with global GDP growth.As per ResearchAndMarkets.com, container leasing market is poised to grow by 26.35 mn TEU during 2020-2024, progressing at a CAGR of 17% during the forecast period.
