  • Deal price was not disclosed.
  • Graham Holdings Company holds a 90% stake in dealership which will be managed by Christopher J. Ourisman, a member of the Ourisman Automotive Group family of dealerships.
  • The Company also owns four other automotive dealerships: Ourisman Lexus of Rockville, Ourisman Honda of Tysons Corner, Ourisman Jeep Bethesda, and Ourisman Ford of Manassas.
