GTT - GTT stock heads for delisting amid continued delay in filings
GTT Communications Inc.
GTT Communications (GTT) says in a filing that today it informed the NYSE that it doesn't expect to file restated financials and previously delayed filings before the end of an Additional Cure Period. Accordingly, it expects to be delisted as NYSE told GTT it would suspend trading and start the delisting process. GTT won't appeal that determination. And it says it doesn't know whether the stock will be quoted on pink sheets or any other system.
