Guardforce AI ( NASDAQ: GFAI ) has announced the closing of its underwritten public offering of 2.58M ordinary shares, par value $0.12/share at a public offering price of $4.65/share.
The underwriters exercised their over-allotment option in full for an additional ~0.39M ordinary shares at the time of the closing of the Offering.
As a result, the aggregate gross proceeds of the Offering, including the over-allotment, are ~$13.8M.
