Guardforce AI ( NASDAQ: GFAI ) on Tuesday said it has commenced an underwritten public offering of its shares.
Shares -33.3% at $7.80 after hours.
Pricing and details on the number of shares being offered were not disclosed.
EF Hutton, division of Benchmark Investments, is acting as the lead book-running manager for the offering. Spartan Capital Securities is acting as the co-manager for the offering.
