AGEEF - Halo Labs reports record December with $2.M sales

Halo Labs (AGEEF) reports aggregate, unaudited monthly sales of ~$2.3M marking it a record total for December; Winberry sales stood at $0.7M.Despite a seasonally slower month in terms of sales, due to less selling days, the holiday season and flooded outdoor flower markets related to fall harvests, the stated sales reported a 135% Y/Y increase.With Halo's pending acquisition of the assets of Herban Industries (Winberry), the company has started to recognize synergies and sales uplift through the combining of efforts with the Winberry salesforce.Halo will begin to fully consolidate the financial results of Winberry  post the Winberry assets acquisition under the asset purchase agreement which is expected to close within six months.In December alone, the Halo and Winberry sales team generated sales orders in excess of $3.4M.
