SCCCF - Huazhu forms joint venture with Sunac China holdings limited and strategic partner

Huazhu Group Limited (HTHT) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Huazhu Hospitality (Hong Kong), Chengdu Lingchuang Yipin Hotel Management Company Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunac China Holdings Limited (SCCCF) and Chengdu Global Times Exhibition and Travel Development Company Limited had formed a joint venture called 'Yongle Huazhu Hotel & Resort Group' with a total registered capital of RMB50M.Huazhu Hospitality (Hong Kong) Limited holds 50%, Sunac holds 40% and the Strategic Partner holds 10% of the equity interests in the JV. The JV will provide hotel management services to Sunac’s feasible hotel properties and potential leased and owned hotel properties of third parties.
