Hudson Capital (HUSN) surged 9.7% in premarket trade after announcing that FreightHub, with which Hudson Capital has signed a definitive merger agreement, announced prelim FY20 revenue of $9.2M (+120% Y/Y).FreightHub is a North American transportation logistics technology platform company focused on US-Mexico cross-border shipping."Our preliminary FY20 revenue exceeded our expectations and reflects the positive effect of our innovative product platform, Fr8Hub 2.0, in tandem with our industry leading salesforce.
