HUSN - Hudson Capital to acquire Freighthub

Hudson Capital (HUSN) to acquire FreightHuB, whereby existing FreightHub stockholders intend to finance $12M in connection with the closing of the merger. Post-acquisition Fr8Hub shareholders will hold ~85.7% and the Hudson shareholders will retain ownership of ~14.3% of the combined company, on a fully diluted basis.FreightHub expects 100% growth year over year with 2020 annual revenue to be in excess of $9M.Annual revenue earnout targets: $25M for 2021, $50M for 2022 and $100M for 2023.Source: Press Release
