INS - Intelligent Systems changes name to CoreCard

Intelligent Systems (NYSE:INS) announced that it is changing its name to CoreCard and the stock will commence trading using new symbol, "CCRD" on Dec.29. It will continue trading under the symbol until Dec.28. The company's corporate structure will not be changing, nor will its financial reporting. "This change highlights our goal to grow our industry leading revolving credit platform as the primary business of the company. CoreCard was one of our investments and trading under our new name reflects the singular long-term focus to growing CoreCard and delivering value to shareholders," CEO and Chairman Leland Strange commented.
